Arrival Story:
Lizzie is from a breeder. When mom mentioned to the breeder that she might name her "Peaches", the breeder gave her a funny look and said "She ain't no Peaches!" (say it in a deep Georgia accent to get the full effect)

Bio:
Well, Katie isn't really a nickname. Katie was our old basset hound who died a few years ago... we are so used to saying "Katie" when we are talking to/about the dog, that it slips out once in a while. Even after a few years!
