Arrival Story:
My mom and dad had recently lost their German Shephard of 10 years. At first my mom didn't know if she wanted another dog, but my dad did and they decided it would be a Golden Retriever. They "found" me before I was even born-which was on Valentine's Day 2002. The first time my mom held me I could fit in her hand with my nose touching her watchband. I stole her heart that day and she's never had one single day that she regretted getting me.

Bio:
My mom has trained me in obedience and as a therapy dog and we enjoy going to the nursing home and Hospice in our area. It is wonderful to watch how I light up the faces of the residents. And, I certainly make myself at home. My mom says I am very smart and very in tune with peoples feelings.

Hi all-I just want to thank all my friends for the birthday rosettes and good wishes. Mommy and me had fun today-she sang me Happy Birthday this morning and got me a HUGE bag of my favorite chicken treats. I am such a lucky dog! woof woof!! Thanks again, my friends-and a Happy Valentine's Day to you~~
