my mom, sister, and i, all went to the humane society. looking for a small dog, we found nothing, until we came towards the cat area. there was this little dog skinny as could be in a contained area. i went up to the front desk and asked about the dog. and they said shes been here for 5 days she can be evaluated. so they did and while i was filling out the paper work, the lady was telling me about this dog, that her was skippy she was about a year and 2 mon. but her previous owners were about 6-7 kids/teenagers. they would kick her around and throw her in the closet and feed her only people food scraps, then the landlord found her in the apt. room where there was no animals allowed. so the kids just said to throw her out in the street, but the landlord took her to the humane society. she was 7lbs. when i got her but now shes a little on the fat side 17lbs. but just for the winter though. shes hyper, yet lazy at the same time. i love her to death. shes my little angel, thats hyper, and barks, burps, poops, and plays with the cat.
