Poem called For Sale-to a good home

I was born in the Summer a few years ago.
Quite why I was born, I'll never know.
Some folk who owned my mother, decided to breed;
No reason I know except for their greed;
I know I was hungry, I know I was cold;
They sold me quite early at just five weeks old.

My number one owners seemed friendly at first,
And life was quite good till my bubble burst;
They started to argue, their marrige split up;
And in the AD: "For Sale - 4 months old pup."

Some folk arrived, the next ones in line.
They treated me kind and life was just fine.
But master dropped dead and couldn't cope.
She sold me again(I was beginning to lose hope).

The next home was good and I thought "this is it"!
They started to show and I won...just a bit.
Then somebody told them that I had no bone,
And in went the AD: "For Sale...to a good home".

The next lot were dreadful, the wanted a gaurd,
But I didn't know how, althought I tried hard.
One night they got burgled and I didn't bark,
tied up in that shed and alone in the dark.
For four months I lay in that dark, cold shed,
With only an old paper sack for a bed.
A small dish of water all slimy and green;
The state I was in, well it had to be seen!
I longed for destruction, and an end to the pain;
But some new people came and I was off again.

Well now I'm with Rescue and this home is good;
There's walks in the country and lots of good food.
There's kisses and cuddles to greet me each day,
But I dread the time they will send me away.
But for now here I stand, skin and bone on all four;
PLEASE...don't let "ME" happen to and of yours.

Cruelty Poem

Every day I sit and sleep...
And never really take a peep...

All the while I sit and dream...
Of all the owners who are cruel and mean...

They hit they kick they even punch...
And while I think i'm eating lunch...

Dogs get abandoned and left alone...
While I am safe and cozy in my home...

I am fed and cleaned and sweet...
And other SWEET ABANDONED dogs are in the trash searching for meat...

It's just not fair to those who are poor...
Adopt a pet, don't let it live on the streets no more...

Give it a house to call it's own...
Let them live in your home!!!

Easter is coming!!!

Can't wait. Candy all over the place! Mommy is getting a head start on my page and my pics. She made my gimp photo last night and she made one for her pal jewel. Jewel is getting married really soon, and I haven't even found a true love. P-mail me if interested. Adam is great! Still gets alot of attention, but mommy fits in time to play with me(her adorable furchild!) Talk Later!!!

wow it's been a while

It has been a while since last time i wrote. Adam is about 1 month and 5 days old. He is so cute, and turns out, I get just as much attention as him!!! I got a dumb old bath today, but mommy said I really stunk. Right now I am sleeping(as usual.) I am so happy cuz my pal Jewel is getting married to Fritz. I am the Maid of Honor, and the planner for the wedding.It will be sometim in April. I haven't planned that yet. They have a wedding page, and you cane visit it by clicking Here.

Baby Brother

Ok. So you may be wondering why my page is decorated in baby stuff and the music is Happy Birthday. I am glad to say that my mommy's mommy is having a baby boy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! His due date is January 30,2007. I don't really know if I should be happy or jealous. Mommy might give the baby more attention! I know I shouldn't be jealous, but it's hard not to be, I mean no one...not even mommy can resist a baby. Anyways, his name is going to be Adam Lathan Chance. Well I hope every one is happy for my mommy's mommy!!!!!! BOL!!!!!!!!!!!

Walking in a winter wonderland!!!

Dogs tags ring, are you listening'?
In the lane, snow is glistening'.
It's yellow, NOT white - I've been there tonight,
Marking up my winter wonderland.

Smell that tree? That's my fragrance.
It's a sign for wand'ring vagrants;
"Avoid where I pee, it's MY property!
Marked up as my winter wonderland."

In the meadow dad will build a snowman,
following the classical design.
Then I'll lift my leg and let it go Man,
So all the world will know it's mine-mine-mine!

Straight from me to the fencepost,
flows my natural incense boast;
"Stay off of my TURF, this small piece of earth,
I mark it as my winter wonderland."

I have a boyfriend!!!

JR IS MY NEW BOYDOG!!!!! I LOVE HIM TO PIECES!!!! NOT MUCH HAS HAPPENED, ALTHOUGH MY B - DAY WAS NOVEMBER 28. I TURNED 3 YEARS OLD. JR IS MY NEW BOYDOG. I THINK HE IS JUST THE CUTEST. WE WILL HAVE A WEDDING AFTER WE GET TO KNOW EACHOTHER A LITTLE BETTER. I WILL LET EVERY ONE KNOW WHEN THAT WILL BE. MOMMY STOPPED GETTING ON DOGSTER, BECAUSE SHE HAD TOO MUCH HOMEWORK, BUT NOW SHE GETS ON ALL THE TIME. I REALLY MISSED EVERYONE AND BEGGED HER TO GET ON. TTYL!!!!!! BOL

I want a boy friend!!!

I want a bichon boy friend really really bad. If you are a boy bichon, or know a boy bichon, can ya ask them to consider marring me??? I have asked a couple doggies, and they haven't responded. P - L - E - A - S - E!?!?

Mommy's poem

A dog is a hero. A dog gives you love and kindness, kisses, anything you can ask for. A dog is an angel. Have you ever wondered why dogs will bark and bite for you? It's because that is what God sent them here to do, to proctect his creations. A dog is a man's best friend. Your dog loves you so much, you don't even know how much. That is why I am writing this. I love my dogs, and I know you love yours, but some people don't understand that. They might say they play with their dog, and love it, and two days later, it's in the yard, dead of hunger. I want to stop animal cruelty and make dogs a part of the family. Dogs are angels, and they should be treated like angels.
