Arrival Story:
I fell in love with Shiro as soon as I saw his picture. I was originally looking for a black and tan shiba, but when I saw this cream baby, I melted. He has always been a bit small for a male shiba, but don't tell him that! He likes to be the boss, even of older brother Akira...Akira will humor him most of the time.

Bio:
Shiro loves to curl up in the nook of your knees laying on the couch to stay warm and be close to you. He absolutely LOVES to give kisses to his favorite people! Sometimes he even kisses big brother Akira! Our new blog: http://akira-shiro.blogspot.com/

TAG RULES-
Each player starts with seven random facts about themselves. Dogs who are tagged need to put in their diary about the seven facts and the rules. You need to choose seven dogs to tag and don't forget to leave them a comment that they've been tagged and to read your diary.

I was tagged by beautiful Kiku. I'll try my bestest, Keeks!

1. I like to jump up trees.
2. I disappeared for 3 days once.
3. I can't seem to stop putting toads in my mouth even tho they taste icky
4. I want my Sis all to myself
5. Altho sometimes I like to wrestle with Akira
6. I am faster than a speeding bullet
7. I love potato chips more than any other food in the whole wide world.

tug-of-war

Akira and I played tug of war for the first time ever. Usually we are too busy stealing the toys from each other to think of actually playing together, but it was pretty fun. Even though Sis tried to help me win once, Akira still won cause he's super strong, and has a vulcan death grip for that green ring we were playing with. Finally I gave up, and just jumped on him to make him drop the green ring! aha! oh well, it was fun while it lasted.

I HATE Toads!!!

Sis says that Toads are the "bane of my existence." I'm not sure what that means, but they are definitely a pain in my neck! From the fenced in part of the backyard where I can run around without my lease, I can smell those darned toads. They live in the window well not three feet away from me! I can't see them, but I know they are there. One time, one got pretty close to the fence, and I stuck my paw under there and dragged him in! Then I put him in my mouth, and do you know what happened? He tasted so awful I had to drop him out and then he left behind all this foam and I kept shaking my head to get it out. Sissy thought I looked like a crazy rabbid dog because the foam was flying everywhere! She was so scared for me, but I just had one thing on my mind. The toad. I had him cornered again, but Sis caught him first. She thought I'd killed him so she threw him over the fence. I kept my eye on him while she went around to take care of him, and he rolled over from his back to his stomach! I kept barking to warn her to be careful, and then he starting hopping! She carried him to the edge of the woods, and wasn't sure what to do. She didn't think my vets takes care of amphibians, but he seemed to be doing okay. She set him down and he hopped away. Foiled again! I think he came back, though. I know there are at least two toads in that window well-- maybe even more!

Shiro, the toadinator.
