The World of Bella Girl!

July 31, 2006 Devils Lake

Wow guess what mommy and daddy do not have air conditioning in the camper. I am not so sure I like camping when its 100 degrees out. Mommy and Daddy get crabby and I don't want to do anything. But then mommy and daddy had a surprise for me. They took me to devils lake state park. It is in Baraboo Wisconsin. Mommy loves the name Baraboo, thank goodness she didn't name me baraboo. Guess what... they had a lake just for dogs to swim in! I was so excited. I got to swim with a huge Rotweiler named ROCK. I think Rock liked me. So I am gonna say that he's my boyfriend. Rock's brother Max was there. Max is a four month old doberman. Max was really afraid of the water. I kept going over to him, giving him a kiss, telling him to come in. I even told him how I almost drowned my first time. I jumped in the water after my tennis ball and then all of a sudden I couldn't stand. I went under the water, daddy was about to jump in after me, but then all of a sudden instinct kicked in and I love swimming ever since! Anyways... Max didn't care what I had to say, he didn't want to come in. The dogs were supposed to be kept on leashes, but all the owners agreed to take them off. Daddy video taped me and all my new friends. At one time I had about 12 friends running with me. But guess what?? One Major PROBLEM... I was the ONLY girl!!!! So you can imagine what that meant! Mommy told me I was being a good girl, she said I was being a proper girl!!!! I think she said that because I wouldn't let the boy dogs jump on me. Anyways, I swam in devils lake for about 3 hours. I wo uld swim with mommy all the way in the deep end. SOmetimes I would get tired and I would swim to mommy or daddy and I would jump in their arms. I would let them hold me in the water for about two minutes just so I could rest. Devils Lake was the best in the whole world!!! I hope we can come back soon!

July 30, 2006 Going Camping!

Today me, mommy and daddy got up really early to go camping. We packed the car last night! Boy we took a lot of stuff. I packed a box full of my dog toys. We left and I was so excited. I think the cats were excited that I was leaving too! Wisconsin Dells is far away or at least to me it is. I wanted to sit on mommy's lap, but she wouldn't let me. SHe said it was dangerous. I would protect mommy, it wouldn't be dangerous! Anyways, we went to McDonalds for breakfast. Mommy shared her sausage biscuit and hashbrown with me. It was yummy.
We got to wisconsin dells and mommy and daddy set up the camper. I rolled around in mud when they did this. Boy its sure hot....... I hope the camper has air conditioning!

Great News!

Well two of my pup pals Ginger and Brad Pitt told me that I should just try to be nice to Tiger the Cat. I will try my hardest but he still scares me!!! Anyways.... mommy told me some pretty exciting news. She said that Sunday Me, Daddy and her are going to go camping in Wisconsin Dells for four nights!!!! Yes, four nights without Tiger the Cat. Last time I went camping, I was such a good girl. Mommy and Daddy took me swimming in the lake! I love water, I hope I can go swimming again!
