Arrival Story:
We were looking for a "guy" dog for my boyfriend. I saw an ad in the paper and called the number. Turns out it was a local vet who had this dog. Someone had brought her in and wanted her put to sleep because they didn't want her anymore. The receptionists at the vet clinic asked to have time to find her a new home. She was 5 mos at the time, was skin and bones, and had patches of hair missing. I went to see her and fell in love with her immediately and I think she felt the same way. I took her home that day and she has ruled our house ever since.
