Wow! Today I went to a birthday party for my human cousins. I had soooooo much fun chasing the big white German Sheppard Zach, the little tiny wiener dog, Tawny, and all the kids.

Mom wouldn't let me have any people food, so that wasn't very fun. I also got full of burrs, that Mom and Dad had to get out of my beautiful "do". That hurt alot, but Mom said I was so good holding still that she gave me some doggy IceCeam when we got home...boy was that good.

I can't wait till my next family gathering................................

I went to the vet to day to get microchipped. Boy was mom proud of me...I didn't even make a peep. She was so happy, that she took me to work with her and I got to make friends with all the people there. I even got a special treat.

At least now if I get lost....my mom will beable to find me. I'm so glad...I don't want to ever be lost. That would be really scary.

My Birthday!!!

Tomorrow is my 1st. birthday!!! I'm so happy. Mom took me in to get a bubble bath so that I'm all purty for the big day. I wonder what I'll get???? I'll let you know all the details and hopefully mom takes some pictures so you can all see......

Spring is in the air....can you feel it? I 'm not sure if I like that the snow is all gone. Now all I have to dig in is dirt! Before I could dig to my hearts content and didn't get yelled at. Now mom sees me digging and I have to come in and take a bath.....I really don't like to do that. I make such a fuss hoping, mom will just give up. Not her. When she says it is bath time, oh, boy....I go running. She always get her way! One of these days, I'm going to give her a bath and see how she likes getting pictures of her when she looks all wet and drippy. We'll see how she likes it. A new Sister?

Hi,

Mom says that I'm going to get a new sister. I'm not too sure about this idea. I've been the only dog in this house for 4 years, what is she thinking???? Dad doesn't know about this yet. I sure wish I could tell him, I don't think he is going to be very happy. I guess he'll just have to be my special person, if mom is going to replace me. I sleep with mom and follow her all over. I even lay right next to her when she is watching TV or on the computer. Mom says she isn't replacing me...just giving me someone to play with...yeah, right!!! More like someone to steal my toy. We'll see how this goes. I'll report back in February when she comes to live with us. Keep me in your prayers.............................
