Arrival Story:
I wanted another dog to go with Roco because my yorkie had recently passed away. A lot of people who know me, know my family's and my involvement with dogs and for years I have gotten calls from people who have to give up a dog and need my help. In 2005 I got one of those such calls and the outcome was much to my surprise. A very poor Family had two chihuahuas and bred them in the hopes that thier puppies would produce some income for them. They didn't know that the expense of a dog's pregnancy and sometimes a need for c-section and medical care for the pups can be so expensive that there can be little or no profit to be made at all. All of the above ended up happening to this family and they couldn't afford to care for the pups any longer and nobody was willing to buy them "without papers" and without proper medical care at the price these people were hoping to sell them for. Zachary was the runt of this litter and a happy boy who is the biggest chihuahua I have yet he is the most shy. What I love the most about my Zach is his gentle soul.

Bio:
He is a funny quirky boy that makes people laugh with his eccentricities. When he gets excited he stands on his hind legs like a meerkat and moves his paws back and fourth wildly like he's waving. It's so cute.
