Ruby's life at camp

Ruby's first day at camp

During the month of December, the family bought a seasonal membership at a near-by campground. When the family[and ruby] first go to the campsite for the first time, Ruby went ballistic! She had to be around one of the grown-ups or kids at all times! If she wasn't, she would cry her head off. That wasn't all, every time a dog went by, she would bark her head off. Even today when she has better distractions such as new dog Gus, she still barks her head off. The family doesn't get it though, we came here just for a few days last here to camp as a visitor. Not a seasonal. We thought she would be used to the people and creatures she sees after months of already being at camp. She has actually run away from the campsite and gone off and chased after other digs she has seen on our strret before,[more than a few times too.] The first weedk at camp was really hard for Ruby, but we hope she willl get better. Soon!
