IN MEMORY OF MOXY - GRANDDOG
Moxy with her sad eyes
That masked a heart of gold.
Moxy with the sad eyes
But she shared her joy of living with all who knew and loved her.
Her ability to amuse us was far outweighed by her capacity to love,
Her brindled body quivered with delight whenever Kat came home.
Yet she welcomed all (strangers and family)
Into her circle of affection.
Her loyalty and love remain forever in our hearts.

Favorite Memories . . .

queen of the stretch - first the yawn then the back and front ends of the body
separately (yoga or pilates?)
jump for joy - seeing you run then leap so happy and carefree and high -- wish I knew
your secret to pass on to my dancers
cookie! - anyone who gets excited at the mere mention of baked goods is a kindred
spirit

Miss you, Moxybelle
Love Aunt Liz

To My Favorite and Loyal Running Partner,

Moxie, you will forever be in my heart. You kept me safe from harm and helped me accomplish a personal goal of completing a 10K run. I could not have done it without you. And even though you wanted to eat every cat we encountered, I could never get mad at you. There will never be another dog as gentle and loving as you. I was very sad when we knew that your time with us had come to an end. I see your face many times in the dogs I see when I hike and it makes me smile. Sometimes I cry because I still miss you. I promise you that I will be there for your Mom until her broken heart is healed. Thank you for all the fun times. Hope to run with you again someday…

Love and Kisses,

Aunt Karen

Moxinator!

You are truly missed. Miss our long walks in the mountains, miss you pulling on the leash, miss you chasing paper sacks, squirrels and rabbits (although I not so sure my rabbit misses you). But most of all I miss your big ole kisses.

You can't tell me dogs do not have spirits, their little humans caught in a dogs body. That's my story and can't nobody make me think different!!!!

Love and miss you Moxy,

Aunt Roz

To my beloved Moxy.
I remember the first time i met moxy, i was working for the animal hospital she used to go to. She was waiting outside the building waiting for a room to open up. When i saw her i noticed she looked like a pit mix, and pits are my favorite breed. Being who i am, a animal lover and probably not to smart, i went over to her grabbed her by her jowls and gave her a big kiss which she in return gave me back, only a little wetter. At that moment she became one of my favorite things in this world and one of my favorite patients. i alaways looked foward to the days i saw her name on the appointment books. I didnt know it at the time but she and i would reunite after she had moved to another vet closer to kat. Kat and i became very good freinds a year or so after she moved and i got to see my foxy moxy alot. I was happy for kat when she moved to austin, but knew that i would not only miss her but my moxy as well. My foxy moxy will always have a place in my heart and i will miss her always.

I love and miss you moxy
your uncle adam
