My Tenth Birthday

Today is my tenth birthday, April 15th, 2007! Daddy is going to the store to get me my favorite snacks...BEGGIN STRIPS!...Mommy got off of work an hour ago, not much celebration...she has to sleep so she can go back into work tonight, poor mommy! Daddy will be here with me all day...his day off of work. Yippee!!!...So glad when I'm not all alone!

Dog Day Afternoon

I think I'll take a nap right now, you see, my mommy and daddy are away from me.
I'll dream of a treat that my mind can only see, and wait the hours thats ahead of me.
The noises that I hear, while in my sleep, is better than me knowing that if awake, I'd weep.
Please mommy come home, I feel so all alone...and daddy I don't hear your voice thats sweet.

Meet Sir Scrappy....
He is Guardian of the Castle.

Sir Scrappy will protect me from evil this night.
Safeguards lords and ladies at this castle site.

Loyal and trustworthy, this guardian of mine, he's in his glory.....an audience... oh, so kind.

He will perform tricks, at your request, lick your face, from east to west.

His twinkling brown eyes, his dimpling big grin, is what you see; you could laugh all day , he brings you to your knees.

My guiding light, his armour so tan,Oh, my dear Sir Scrappy...I am your biggest fan.
