His Brother, Gamble. He also likes meeting new dogs, food, digging in the trash, going for long walks, and dragging me around in the snow.
Little dogs that jump all over him. Being restricted by a leash when something is interesting in the distance. Being away from Me and Gamble.
Plush Ducks. Rope Toys. Raw Hides, though they're not healthy for him.
ANY kind of food. Especially if it's not his.
Any place where he can run and play off-leash.
"Gimme paw." "Sit."
I was in search of a Border Collie or Australian Shepherd a few years ago when I was contacted by an English Shepherd breeder. After a ton of research, and a few months later, Anchor and his brother Gamble were shipped to me from South Dakota. When I picked them up from the airport, we had to wait another hour because the flight was delayed. When they finally arrived, I followed the attendant anxiously to the cargo dock and found two, four month old, scared-out-of-their-mind balls of fluff. They were bigger than I anticipated, with HUGE paws. I'll never forget the look on my moms face when I brought home my "little puppies." I love my Boys so much!
Anchor is definitely a looker. He's a very dark sable English Shepherd, with a very nice coat, and amber eyes. He is stockier than his brother, and not as tall as Gamble, weighing in at about seventy pounds. He does this hilarious thing when he sees something interesting while on walks: he stands up on his hind legs like a meer cat and walks toward it.
Food. Oh, how I love food.
