The Chicken

Lately, I've been playing with this thing that my Sister Henri got for her birthday. I've been running around with "Henrietta Chicken" and squeaking it for all that its worth. The best part is, that it totally terrifies my Sister Henri. She runs away from me and the "dreaded Chicken." Great news for me, because I really love taunting my Sister with her Toys!!!

A Trip to the Vet

Well, last week Mom and Dad told me we were going for a fun ride in the car. I was so excited. I never get to go anywhere without my sister Henri. What they didn't tell me was that we were going to the VET! Well, inside the Vet's office I was shivering something fierce when they told me I had to stay the whole day without Mom or Dad. The Vet Techs took me into a back room and knocked me out. I woke up feeling woosey and disoriented in a strange cage. I tried to get up, but I was so sore. I looked at myself. Eeek, they had given me an operation!

Mom and Dad soon came to pick me up. In the car Mom told me I got "fixed!" Well,
I had no idea...that's the last time I trust Mom and Dad's idea of a nice fun car ride. I'll stick to riding in the car with Henri.

Well, I just learned about this website from my sister Henri. I've been living with my family for almost 2 months now. Mom tells me that my job is to keep my sister Henri company, but I like to think that my full-time job is developing and carrying out elaborate escape plans. I am able to squeeze myself through small spaces. Mom tells me that I'm "going to get stuck one day," but I think she's just making it all up. I am the great Italian Greyhound Houdini!
