Arrival Story:
My daughter and I went to the local dog pound to drop off some food and Sushi was looking at us with her little face pressed up against the kennel door. She was a little skinny ragged looking puppy that just looked like she needed someone to love her. She looked so sweet and sad that my daughter had to adopt her. When she came home with us we discovered the reason she was so emancipated was due to hook worms and an esopigial problem that made it hard for her to keep down any puppy chow. After 5 months of hand feeding small amounts of kibble and 3 hook worm treatments she came around and now she is a happy healthy little girl. When my daughter moved to her own apartment she could not take Sushi with her and she became our forever puppy.
