Arrival Story:
Actually we found Buster at a reptile show in Spartanburg, SC. I reached in to pet him (I didn't want to pick him up because then I wouldn't put him back willingly) and he just licked my hand! I kept going back and forth to my fiancee, Brett, and asking him what he thought. He stayed pretty neutral so I couldn't tell what he really thought. I went back over to see the puppy and some woman was holding him! I was so upset, I went and got Brett and we went over there because I decided that if she put him down he would be mine (but I still wasn't 100% sure we "needed" another pet). The woman put him down and Brett and I headed over. I asked Brett what he thought (he was holding him at the time) and he didn't say anything, he just handed him to me and paid the man!

Hi everybody! My name is Buster. I am a dashund/ chihuahua mix (my dad was a dashund and my mom was a long hair chihuahua). I just turned one year old last month. I have two "sisters", Lola who is an orange long hair cat and Patches who is a calico. I love them very much. Patches doesn't like to play with me too often but Lola loves to play with me! My mom and dad have lots of "critter kids".
I'm really excited that my mom found dogster.com, now I can "meet" lots of new friends!
