Rocky was born in Izhevsk, Russia. My wife and I lived there at the time. She went and purchased Rocky for $50 from a breeder who has people come from all over Russia to buy dogs from him. As we looked at different characteristics of purebreeds, we realized why Rocky was the last puppy left. But that's ok, because we love him and he has given us great joy!
