Arrival Story:
Actually my dad's dog. She was bought a little too soon after my beagle died, so I guess I have a bit of a chip on my shoulder about her. She's very sweet though - I'd never give her up.

Bio:
She's a goldendoodle, but somehow weighs 10 pounds. She's either a midget, or not of the parentage we believe she's of. Shea shea went to puppy kindergarden and beginning obedience and was voted "Most Improved!" Of course, this is because she hid under a chair for the first four weeks. By the last week she no longer cowered under the chair - she hid behind my legs instead! But she did learn to walk at my side, no food required, and could sit and lay down. All the scary dogs around her became less horrific by the last week; when they weren't looking she would even cop a sniff! Since obedience class she's been taught how to dance when I clap and to roll over. She has become quite the performer, although no one will ever see her cuteness because she hides under the couch if a new person comes in the house. Just after obedience was over we adopted a kitten who has become Shannon's best friend. They romp and roll all day!
