Faithy- his sister. He loves her, but she too much puppy for him at times and tries to hide from her as best he can.

His tug rope and deflatted soccer ball. I think I've tried to throw it out 3 times and each time he goes in the garbage and takes it back.

Arrival Story:
We were living in Montana and saw an add in the paper for Lab puppies for sale. When we got to the place their where 3 left, 2 yellow and a large black puppy. Toby had been the only one that had gotten sick and the family didn't think he would ever sell but they were wrong. We decided he was our baby as soon as we looked into his little face.

Bio:
Toby loves to be part of the family. He doesn't consider himself a dog per say. He prefers 4 legged son, and believes in the fact that the new king size bed we bought was purchased to accommodate him. He's very protective of Mom and has a very special love with her cause Mommy can't have children. Toby makes her feel that he's truly all the son she needs. With Faithy, his smaller sister, the two of them make Mommy feel that they are all the kid she can handle. Both he and Faithy give her unconditional love and devotion On Jan 24th, 2009, We lost Toby to an agressive cancer. He would have been 10 in July. We are deeply saddened by his loss and Faithy has lost her best friend and brother. He was a wonderful boy filled with love and happiness. He is missed every single day.

My First Snow in 2005

I am so excited. I woke Mom up today to let me and my sister out and to my puppy surprise it had snowed. Yippy!!! I love to put my nose in the snow and sniff. My sister was jumping all over the place. But she couldn't catch me, I did my usual butt tuck and away I went.. faster than a speeding car.. faster than my sister I ran around and around. But I did my business, by dad's favorite tree.. ha ha. It's so much fun when it snows. But my favorite is coming back in and getting warm again. Mom loves to fuss over me with the towel, I can't figure out why she always grabs my feet.
After she used the towel on my paws I got to eat.. happy day. Now for a nap in my favorite spot in front of the sliding doors, yawn, I am ready for a good sleep. What a life...
