Sunbathing

Mom says I am a very strange doggie because I like to sunbath. I don't think it is the sunbathing that she laughs at but the position I sunbath in. I like to lay in the driveway on my back with my legs spread wide open. I love the sun on my belly and that is the only way I can accomplish that feat. Mom put a picture of me sunbathing on my site. See if you can find it.

Pretty Nails

Hi Everyone!
I hope you are enjoying your summer as much as I am.
I had a great experience today. My mom took me to a new groomer. This lady at Grooming Tails was so nice. She took great care of me. I only gave her a little trouble when she clipped my nails. They are black and sometimes people cut too much cause it's hard to see the quick. But Jamie was great and did a wonderful job. The best part came after she trimmed my nails. She got out her basket of polish and proceeded to paint my nails sparkly purple. They are awesome. I never had my nails painted before and was fascinated by the whole process. Mom says I look gorgeous. I have been prancing around the house ever since.

RULES OF THE GAME: (copy and paste)

1. I spend hours sitting on the arm of the couch watching for rabbits out the window.
2. I can sleep the whole way from Pennsylvania to North Carolina.
3. When eating my food I have to first carry one piece at a time from the kitchen to the dining room before eating it. When I have done this 4 or 5 times, I eat the rest of the food at my dish.
4. I am terrified of gun shots and hide in my Mom's closet or under the bed.
5. When sitting down next to Mom on the couch I back in, lean on her and then do a backwards flop onto her lap.
6. I LOVE to stretch. Every morning I stretch my front end (with my rear in the air) and then my back end (by dragging my hind quarters).
7. I have discovered how to make every toy in my basket squeak. When I get a new toy I spend a lot of time figuring out how it squeaks.
