He use to break down the doors to the bedrooms if there was food in there.Nikko the dog next door. We use to have to check with the neighbors to make sure their dog wasn't outside when we took him for a walk. Couldn't even say Nikko's name.

Arrival Story:
My sister and brother in law got him for hunting but Sam didn\'t realize that\'s what he was bred to do. I couldn\'t let them give him away to someone else and I thought my other dog wasn't going to be around much longer, so we brought him home.Our other dog Razzy, was with us for 3 more yrs and didn not like him at all.She was a Fox Terrier and it was her house.

Bio:
Sammy loved to be outside whenever he could. He would choose a rock and would bark and cry until he got that rock. You couldn't get them out of his mouth. I use to bribe him with water(the dog could drink an ocean if you let him)to get the rock out of his mouth.Sam was a great dog. He was 13 when we had to put him down. It broke my heart and my husbands too. I cried for almost 3 months. He was just such a loving dog.
