July 5th

I got to have a sleep over with Duffy on the fourth of July because my mom had to go out of town on business. I told Duffy that I'm really afraid of the noise and he said not to be afraid just bark every time you hear a noise. I stayed in the house. I tried to run because that's what I do when I get scared and my mom wasn't around. So when the front door of the house opened, I bolted out. I think I stress Duffy's mom out because I don't listen. I know that frustrates my mom. I'm trying really hard to come back when she calls me but I just get tracking and I have to smell everything. I had fun at Duffy's. My mom came home the next day and we had dinner with Duffy's family. We went for a walk in the evening and I got to meet Duffy's other friend Finigan who is a wired hair jack russell. He was fun to play with.

Its Sunday.....

I've Got Mail.....that's soooo cool. I don't know how to work a computer but I've asked my owner, Pat to send a note to my new pup pals. We might go to the beach today or clean her garage, in which case I'm not helping.
I went to the dog park yesterday and there were really big dogs who gave me grieve so I showed them my teeth. I must have been really sleepy and cranky from my nap because I went over to the small park but no one wanted to play with me.
I found a beheaded bear in the perc ponds last night. I dragged it out and Pat said I couldn't keep it. So she threw it back and I tried to retrieve it but I'm not a retriever - so I decided it would have to stay in the ponds until a real retriever could claim it. Darn, I really wanted it too!

I dictated this earlier because I'm napping now. I saw my buddy, Duffy Miller (Westie) yesterday. We hadn't seen each other in a while because he went camping. What's camping? I spent most of my week at Planet Pooch - playing with my buddies. Well I'm gonna close, cause I think we're going for a walk now.
