Arrival Story:
Piglet passed away August 18th, 2006. She had liver and kidney cancer. I had to put her down a few weeks after her diagnosis. She was much loved. It was a very, very sad day. I miss her terribly. Wish Piglet well in doggy heaven. She was rescued as a pup on the streets of Long Beach by a friend of mine. Piglet was up for adoption for months and no one wanted her. I met her at the dog park. She immediately came over to me, placed her head on me knee, looked up adoringly, and that was all it took. I wanted to adopt her. She got along great with my other dog, so it was an easy fit.

Bio:
She is a a very pensive dog. She sits and looks at you like a person. Even my friends think she acts like a person. She loves to eat people food off the table if no one is looking. She's eaten Easter chocoloate, animal crackers, rum cake, roasted chicken, and pizza. Fortunately all these foods were ingested over a four year period. I keep things out of her reach now. She loves to go on car rides, even for short errends. People comment how beautiful and well behaved she is. She is really incredible. She is a speical dog, but I guess all dogs are.
