Arrival Story:
We adopted Mel knowing he was very sick. We took him to the vet, but the treatment would have been deadly for him, so we decided that it would be better that he live as long as possible and we would make him comfortable along the way. He takes a baby asprin on his bad days (per the vet). He has lived way longer than anybody thought he would, he loves it since we move the country, he loves being a cowdog.
