Arrival Story:
We adopted Daisy from Crest Care rescue (www.crest-care.com). Previously she was a puppymill breeder. She lived in a small crate and had very little human contact. At the puppy mill she was constantly bred, where she had baby after baby. So the result is she is very timid and is not comfortable around strangers. Daisy had her bark altered in the mill. So now when she barks she can only make a cough sound.
