Sun Sign: Quick Bio:
 Birthday: May 9th 2002
Likes: Ball, walks, car rides, the park, bigger dogs, hunting imaginary creatures, getting groomed, pillows and jerky strips

Pet-Peeves: Balloons, buses, bicyclists, the "rolling over" trick, baskets...it varies as he gets older.

Favorite Toy: Tennis balls!

Favorite Food: Marrow Bones, mmm!

Favorite Walk: Anywhere! Mainly the park where he can pee on trees, dig holes, roll around, run and bark at people, squirrels and ducks.

Best Tricks: He can get you objects with one syllable such as ball, shoes, and walk. Recently he learned how to roll over and dance. But he listens quite well and obeys when he feels like it.

Arrival Story: He was the most quiet and sat in the dark corner at the local pet shop. All the pups were barking and jumping around while he was in the back with his tongue out and tail wagging. My dad and I saw him and wanted to hold him. He was quiet and very calm, maybe was scared..didn't bark or whimper at all, maybe once. He was a present for my mom for mother's day, and became the best little feature to our family. Now he barks and is very energetic. Funny how looks can be deceiving.

Bio: He sometimes play sick to get our attention, he's allergic to bees yet still chases them, he'll share his food unless it's those jerky strips he loves so much.

Forums Motto: I'm listening, I'm not obeying.

"Toby!" I called him as he came wobbling towards me in excitement. Aside from the destruction of my favorite boots, he has no idea what he's done wrong, nor can I blame the little fella. I pat him on the head as he runs back to fetch his soft chew toy, clumsily tripping and skipping on each of his step. I can't help to wonder, why are puppies so clumsy? Their tails are extremely larger than their chubby little bodies and restrains them from running in an aerodynamic figure. He plops down his slobbered chew toy on my lap. I can feel he is eagered to fetch as he eyes my hand to toss the toy. So I grabbed it, and motioned to toss it over his head, and there he goes! Fishtailing left and right towards the target with his little chubby butt bouncing along the way. Not knowing the toy was still in my hand.

As the only child, I've never shared friendship and camadary. Since Toby came along, I've gotten to experience friendship and innocence. Toby has taught me patience and loyalty. It's funny that my best friend doesn't have to communicate with me in spoken words, but to communicate through emotions and intuition. I love my dog, he may not be human, but he is my family. This is a special Tail of Devotion
