Arrival Story:
we had a 1-year old rambunctious labradoodle that needed a companion dog. I met some greyhounds & owners at a local PetSmart and fell in love with the breed. We contacted the Greyhound Rescue League, went thru the screening process and, drove up to W.VA one Saturday. We took our doodle along and although he was introduced to several greys, he instantly bonded with Teena. They get along great. The grey rescue league was very helpful in preparing us to help adjust to living in a home environment. Greyhounds are wonderful - affectionate, sensitive, low-key and loving!
