Arrival Story:
I had just moved to Austin and was lonely. So, I went to Petsmart to look at the dogs from the rescue group. All the other dogs were out of the cages playing with people...Jack was just sleeping in his cage. I thought "what a perfect dog...he is as lazy as I am!"
I took him home for a test weekend and he has been my best bud ever since.
Bio:
he was a stray and was taken in by a rescue group. his foster mom had 9 other dogs! they thought he needed a full name like Jack Simon the third to stand out from the others. I usually only call him by that when he gets into trouble.

Hey my pup pals. how are ya? Things in Tucson are good for me. I must be the best dog ever cuz I have been getting super spoiled lately. I don't know what I did to deserve it. Today I was just sitting on the floor watching Mommy get ready for work and she picked me up and put me on the BED!! THE BED! I know. It was SO comfortable. Way better than the floor. Max had to stay on the floor and he even got yelled at when he tried to join me. It was funny. I RULE.

well, it happened again last night. mommie calls them "thunderstorms." I call them HELL. Why do they have to be so loud? You know my ears are super sensitive.
Sometimes if I go under the bed it is better. Usually, I just follow mommie around and try to hide under her legs. She feels sorry for me and I get extra scratches around my ears. I do love that.
My mommies keep talking about "monsoon season." I don't even want to think about what a MONSOON is.

Well, I got in trouble again last night. Apparently I am not supposed to eat the treats that kirby and tabby leave for me in the laundry room.
What's the big deal? Everytime I do it I hear "jack simon get outta the litter!"
