I love my mom & dad and my pug brother, even though he still doesn't like me.
Pet-Peeves:
Not getting my toys thrown enough or tugged enough. I HATE having my toenails cut & turn into the devil himself. You can't bribe me with goodies or anything. I bit my dad, so now I have to wear a muzzle to get them cut. They've tried everything!
Favorite Toy:
Wow, my brother & I have about 50 toys, hard choice, I guess my kong filled with goodies, my tug, & learning to play with my new kong frisbee.
Favorite Food:
I love all human food, about 6 different reward treats, & my bully sticks, ummm, they're good!
Favorite Walk:
Any place my folks want to walk me, but it's not very fun having to walk properly on a leash when we have to use one!
Best Tricks:
I have learned to kennel up, sit, lay down, shake hands with either foot, speak, and know my bounds in my front yard. It's fenced on 3 sides, but I'm only allowed so far out and never in the driveway unless I'm attended.
Arrival Story:
My husband & I have always wanted a bulldog and through my research we decided on an Olde English Bulldogge, which is what Slugger is. Looked at dozens of breeder sites on the internet and dozens of puppy pictures and Slugger was the one! The breeder had to drive him from Iowa to Chicago to catch a flight to Oregon. We fell in love the moment we saw him at the airport.
Bio:
My mom is still working on training with me and if it isn't something new she keeps me on my toes with what I already know. I'm almost a year old now & they say my breed grows for at least 2 years, if not 3. I'm still in my lanky stage, but will be getting more bully as I get older...can't wait, want the girls to LOVE me!
