Eating is definitely my favorite thing. My life mission is to explode from eating too much.

Vaccums, garbage cans, the mail man.

Favorite Toy:
I love tennis balls.

Favorite Food:
I like bananas a lot, and bagels. But I would eat just about anything.. including POOP.

Favorite Walk:
Hacklebarney State Park

Best Tricks:
Take it leave it, sit, down, stay, up, off, high five, touch, and speak.

Arrival Story:
My mom and I went to a local PetSmart because a recue was having an adoption day. We saw " Morrison" (we later named him Stitch, as you can see). We were told that his sister and him were found ten miles apart. His sister dumped on the road, and him just wandering. We filled out the application and that day they called us saying that they were coming for a home visit, and they left him at our house saying that he was perfect for us and our vet report was excellent.

Right now, I weigh about 75 lbs.

Forums Motto:
What!? I wasn't supposed to eat that?

The Day Mom Saved My Life! (5/25/07)

Yesterday was just a typical day, or so we thought it would be. Mom took me swimming at a place we've been to before. Her friend tagged along, and so did her brothers and her mom. The brothers and her Mom were at the playground, but we were in the woods by the lake/river. As soon as we got down the steep part of the trail, Mom's friend threw the stick for me. It wasn't that far out, I've been farther. So i jumped into the water.
After about a minute, they noticed that I was struggling. I was paddling but not going anywhere. They waited two or three minutes, figuring that I would be strong enough to pull myself to land. But, that didn't happen. Instead of going forward, I went backwards. Who would of known there was a current?
All that Mom could think was "Stitch is going to die. It's my fault." She desperately tried to pull of her shoes to jump in, but it was hard because they were all wet. She finally got them off and dove in after me. The cool thing is, she's afraid of lakes and rivers!
She got to me within a few seconds, because, again, I wasn't too far out. She tugged on my collar, but it didn't work. It was then that she realized we could both die. But she had no regrets. She always said she would try and save me if she had to. We were both getting pulled back, so she swam behind me, and shoved me. It took all of her strength to push me and not get pushed back further. We were only in the water together for a minute or two, but to her, it seemed like hours!
Well, that wasn't allll that happened yesterday. After that, I wasn't as shaken up as Mom. I still wanted to play. There was another dog there and we ran around down by the tiny water fall. The water fall has a shallow pool of water and then breaks off into a stream. We ran around in there. Then the other dog left, adn I wanted to go into the pool by the waterfall one more time. I stepped over a log, and then a started yelping. It lasted for about thirty seconds, so Mom instantly knew that it wasn't just a stick or something that I stepped on. It was a snake. I ran back up to her, and I was fine, but she didn't know that. She looked down by the water and saw the snake slither away.
There aren't any poisonous snakes where we live, except for the occasional copperhead or rattlesnake. She knew it wasn't one of them, but she couldn't be sure. She slipped on her wete shoes, and we ran back up the steep hill. We got to her Mom and she called Mom's Uncle. He knows much about animals. He said it was probably a black racer snake. (mom made the mistake of calling it a "razor" snake on Only Pups.
We went back home. It's one day later and I'm ok, except for a little swelling where the snake bit me (underneath my back left dewclaw).
Well, that's it! Mom's a hero!

My whole family was home for the snow today, and I got to pull the kids in a sled! Ok.. it wasn't that fun. BUT- one of the kids let me go and I was able to romp around in the snow for a while!

Mommy's dad took me, Mommy, and Liv to Hacklebarney State Park today! It was really fun! We got to climb on rocks by the waterfall, say hi to everybody, and I went in the water! Mommy and Liv saw a chipmunk. Luckily I didn't see him or else he would've been a dead chipmunk! Muhahaha!
*evily glares at mom* Later mommy found a tick on her, and then one on me! Fortunately, I was frontlined last week.
