Arrival Story:
Our beloved Alaskan Malamute, Nijah, sadly passed away in January of 2006. I was really not used to not having a dog around and I did not even feel safe at home. My dad and I looked and looked until one day he came home from work with an add for a family out near Hershey that had Bernese Mt. Dog puppies for sale. We called and about 2 days later Stella was mine! I knew from the second I saw her that she would be my dog and instantly felt wonderful. Even though she did try to crawl in a hole in the ground before we took her to the car. Haha! She is so gentle and loving and just what everyone needs. Anyone who meets her loves her and talks to her which she can't get enough of.
She is the best part of me and she makes anyone who meets her happy.

Hi everybody. So apparently I have a new little brother. Literally, he's little! I thought when I got a little brother he would look like me and grow up to be as big as me; this guy not so much. He wandered into our yard after one of me and mom's awesome walks and now lives with us because mom says no one came to claim him as theirs. It's so sad. Sometimes he gets scared and puts his head down like he is in trouble. Then I come up and lick him and he paws my head. I guess thats fair teehee. I'm learning to like him more everyday. And I even let him sleep on my big bed at night :) . Mom says it's going to be fun at Christmas time with four doggies in Jammies house! How awesome is that! I get to rough house with Meatball again and play with another boy named Barrow (who is from what i'm told, going to be big and fluffy like me!)! I'm learning that lots of puppies don't have homes and we are fortunate enough to be able to help those in need like my new little brother, Chester.
