Sherman loves to watch squirrels, snuggle on the couch, belly-rubs, giving kisses, sleeping in a sunny spot, playing tug.

Squirrels that sit on the fence just out of reach, Being scolded for eating cat poop!

Favorite Toy:
Kong, pig, and tug-rope

Favorite Food:
Meaty Bones, young tender grass

Favorite Walk:
On the beach at Grandma Heidi's, jumping through the snow at Grandma Teri's

Best Tricks:
Bow, recycle cardboard, high-ten

Arrival Story:
Sherman was recued from certain death at the Berkeley Shelter by the wonderful folks at Bad Rap ( He was adopted in summer 2003 by Margaret & Kai, and it was love at first sight.

Dearest Friends,

We have sad news to share with all of you that love Sherman. He passed due to brain cancer. We loved him very much and are grateful that he shared his beautiful spirit with us and many others. He touched our lives deeply and made us better people. We will never forget our best friend Sherman.

We put together a small video with some of our favorite photos. We miss him terribly, but are grateful to have shared so much love and joy with him. Thank dog we took so many photos, we will cherish them always.
