Woo-Hoo! Back to the Lake!

So...we spent last weekend at home which was a nice change of pace, but now we're headed back to the Lake for some real R&R!

I heard my Mom saying that her brother and his family were coming this weekend too, so that will be lots of fun. Unfortunately, they aren't bringing my cousin, Ava, the yellow lab. I've met her a couple of times and she is lots of fun. Her bark hurts my ears though and she barks a lot! But she is the same size as my sister, Anna, and I really like big dogs (I pretty sure I'm one). They let me jump all over them and play chase with me. (But they can never catch me, I'm too fast.)

Maybe I'll get to go on the boat again. I had a good time before. I wasn't too impressed with the perch, but I hear walleye are a lot bigger.

Happy Independence Day Weekend !!!

We're staying home this weekend. It will be my first 4th of July, so I'm not sure what to expect from all the fireworks, but hopefully I won't be too scared :)

I'm really glad my mommy has a couple extra days off, I think we're planning on going to the park which I just love! There's lots of different people there and mommy says I need to meet a lot of people so I learn not to be too shy.

Off to the lake

Another weekend at the lake in store for me. As you can tell from my pic, I enjoy being the Captain! Also, when we are at the lake, I don't have to sleep in my crate at night. Mom lets me sleep with her all night. I love to burrow way down under the covers.

Hope to catch a lot of fish this weekend.
