walking is fun (especially if people stop to say hi!) but going to the delta to run in the fields and chase birds is the best
Best Tricks:
Luc is excellent at hide and go seek. One of us hides, calls his name, and he chases around the house to find us.
Arrival Story:
I moved in with my boyfriend after law school and tried to talk him into a cat. I grew up with many pets but hadn't had any as an adult and I missed them. My boyfriend wasn't so excited about a cat, so we decided to get a dog. We read books and scoured the internet to find the perfect breed and finally decided on a Brittany. We were so excited when we decided to adopt Luc. We had to go all the way to Oregon to drive him home. The car ride with Luc and his brother Tobey (who lives with another family nearby) was quite a car ride. 11 hours is a very long time for two little puppies who miss their mom and brothers and sisters. There was lots of puppy-crying and lots of cuddling. But we all survived and Luc was very happy when we got home. Luc's daddy and I are now getting married and Luc has become the center of the family. Now that Luc is all grown up, I sometimes the miss the little puppy who dug in his water bowl, but I love him more than anything.
Bio:
Luc loves everything and everyone. He is a cuddly dog who wants to be with you all the time. He loves to be petted and gives kisses whether you want them or not. When children come over he brings them toys from his toy box and knows he has to be a little bit gentle. I couldn't have asked for a sweeter and more loving dog.
