Arrival Story:
She was an owner release to the local Pound. They had bought her as a puppy and let her run loose on their property. But since they didn't have a fence she started to go a little farther out to play and one day went to the highway. They found her by the highway and decided to take her to the local pound because they were afraid that she would get hit by a car. So instead of keeping her under control they took her to the pound and got rid of her. I happend to go to the shelter that day to pick up a dog for another foster parnent in our group and saw her. She looked at me with those sad eyes and she looks ALOT like one of my dogs (Oreo) so there was no way I was going to leave her in the shelter. So I ended up bringing home the one foster I went to get plus Stella.
Bio:
Stella is an amazing dog. She is house trained, crate trained, UTD on shots, is spayed, knows a few basic obedience commands, and has started agility training. She is also good around other dogs and really likes cats (but she will chase them if they run). She had heartworms when we picked her up from the shelter, but she has been treated and is very healthy now. If you would like to adopt Stella please visit http://www.tassieshope.org

I just put up a new picture. It shows my bandage that covers my boo-boo (you can read about it n my last entry). It's the picture that looks like I have a pink bandanna on (that's really my bandage). There is only a small puncture wound, but I keep trying to scratch at it so my foster mom has had to put something over it so I can't scratch at it. My foster mom's dad is a paremetic so he helped her bandage me up. My foster mom says she might be able to take it off for good tonight if I will leave it alone!! It hasn't been itching as much lately, so I'm sure I can leave it alone. :o)

About three days ago, me and Blaze got into a fight (Blaze started it!!). Well, Blaze bit me on the back, so now I had to have that area shaved and I have to have antibiotics for the next week or so to make sure I don't get an infection. But my foster mom said that it's not a bad bite and that it will heal up in no time.
