Birthday: March 13th 2005 Likes: Food, Getting my tummy rubbed, tennis balls, going to day camp, playing with my toys Pet-Peeves: When Mom and Dad ignore me when I tell them to scratch my tummy, when Mom or Dad cleans my eyes, surround sound, mornings, Mom's exercise ball Favorite Toy: My white and black squeeky stuffed dog Favorite Food: String cheese, cracking premium nuts in the shell, frosty paws Favorite Walk: the park Best Tricks: Chasing squirrels on cue Arrival Story: My Mom and Dad wanted to add a dog to the family but they lived in an apartment and could not have a dog so they bought their own house. The house didn't have a fence, however so Mom and Dad had a fence put up and they also ordered a doggie door which they put in. My Mom went out and bought a bed and toys-all she needed was me. My Mom found an ad in a paper for us and she called the breeder. It took a long time before Mom and Dad could come and see me because the breeder was an hour and a half away and was very busy. Finally my Mom and Dad were able to come and see me and my brother. They were only going to get 1 dog but when they saw me and Bandit they found they could not pick one over the other and they hated the thought of separating us so they took us both home! We were kind of scared at first but we adjusted nicely. My Mom and Dad sent out doggie announcements to let everyone know that their house had grown by 8 feet! My Mom's friends even had a puppy shower for her and we got all kinds of cool stuff! Bio: I am pretty much the dog version of Garfield. I love to eat, hate mornings and Mondays plus I have a big tummy! I also have a brother who sometimes can annoy me especially when he tries to eat my food! I am also pretty certain I am a human (I am still trying to convince my Mom and Dad of this). I like to sleep like a human (on a pillow) and I like to sit on the couch like a human. If my Mom and Dad aren't looking sometimes I even try to take a sip of beer from their glass. Shhh-don't tell them. Brownie, I cant tell you enough how much I love you. The best part of my day is coming home to you and Bandit. You always act as though my act of opening the door is the most important part of your day. It is by far the happiest part of my day! No matter the weather, the day, the amount of time I have been away, you are always there to greet me with a wagging tail. You are such a character and you have such a personality. Until you, I had never met a dog who pouts at a haircut he hates, refuses to listen when he is mad and takes it personally when someone doesn't give him the attention he feels he deserves. At the same time, you are such a devoted little boy and I know that you would do anything for me. It has been a year since we first met and I couldn't imagine my life without you!
