Arrival Story:
It's Turk's fault really...he wanted a sister! He was constantly trying to play with his Uncle Guido (who is 9 yrs) and lets just say Guido isn't up for as much playing as Turk. Mommy had to persuade Daddy into the idea of a girl. Mommy had some pretty picky requiremnets for what type of girl she wanted I mean, what type of sister Turk wanted: long legs, long muzzle, big ears and not going to be more than 6-7 lbs when fully grown. With those requirements Daddy said, "Go ahead, find your girl. It's going to take you forever to find her, so go ahead." Mommy was determined to find Turk a sister. Mommy was hunting day and night on the internet and across the Nation, literally!! By luck she came across an ad locally and asked the breeder to email pics. Mommy was in love instantly, I mean Turk was in love, now we had to work on Daddy! Mommy brought Daddy to see me and spent 3 hours visiting with my breeder, taking pictures and talking. They went home and Mommy talked about me the whole night. Daddy woke up the next morning saying he had a dream about me and he told Mommy, "I want her!" Thank goodness for Turk's persistent requests for a sister!!
