Arrival Story:
My husband and I decided in late 2000 that we'd like to have a puppy. We went to the local pound and found this cute little wrinkled, buff-colored puppy in a pen full of Aussie Sherpherd puppies. The way that buff baby looked at us...we just knew he was the one. We adopted him on December 29, 2000 and brought him home on January 3, 2001.
Bio:
Oliver is a great dog. He grew by leaps and bounds from that 12 week-old, 11 lb. puppy to the 82 lb. big guy he is today. Because of his weight distribution - heavy body on tall, somewhat slender legs, he's had some trouble with his knee joints. Ollie also has a lot of trouble with ear infections caused from yeast overgrowth due to his flopped-down ears. We are constantly checking them and caring for them. Other than those two areas, Oliver enjoys a healthy, happy life.

Jordy went to the Rainbow Bridge on May 16th. Mom said he was too sick and he was hurting too much. She is still very sad and I am, too. Jordy was a cat, but he was a gentle, cool dude, and I liked him.

Ok, so on my birthday, October 14th, they said I'm now a "Senior Dog". I guess that means I'm officially in command around here....always knew I was anyway, hehe.
