Arrival Story:
My husband always wanted a Golden but we have too many animals already. One day at wor (i work at an animal hospital) A man came in with a bunch of Golden puppies for vaccs. As I was sitting on the floor, they were all over me, I wanted to give each one equal time but this one little female just kept on pushing and bullying her way to my lap! The owner said "looks like you got yourself a puppy, I said "no way" thanks but no thanks. He said, just in case you change your mind, ill shave this ones neck. well a few days later it was Billys birthday so I took the chance and went and got her....it was love at first sight, they (Amber and Billy) Have been inseperable since, she is his 'BABY"!

Im soooo excited! Mommy and Daddy are talking and making plans for vacation in Islamorada in a couple months. Their going to a place called White Gate Court, I keep hearing my name being brought up so I guess Im going....Yipeeeee! I went on my first vacation 6 months ago to Cedar Key. We stayed at a place called Faraway Inn, Its pet friendly and I had a boy friend while we were there, ahhhhh, summer romance! I had such a good time, usually Im kinda scared of new things and Mommy and Daddy were kinda worried about me making a long trip since I never did before, but I had fun, I was a good doggie as I kept hearing! We went out on a boat to go fishing, I was a little scared about that since I was never on a boat before. It was fun at first, the wind in my ears, but then it happened. Daddy dropped his fishing pole and it scared me so much that I jumped straight up and went over the side! Thank God Mommy is such a worry wart, cause I had a doggie life vest on and Daddy scooped me right up! whew! After that I was cold and wet so we cut our boat ride short. Ill try to be better and not so scared next time, cause I hear White Gate Court is pet friendly too, and they have a big place for doggies to swim, I cant wait! Who knows, I may even meet another boyfriend!!!! Bye for now, Ill tell you all about it when we get back. Love, Amber
