Bio:
Chuy has an underbite and an extra long tongue. When he is relaxed his tongue sticks out of his mouth a full inch. He is twice the size of his brother and can sometimes bully around his brother Chico. Chuy can spring up in the air a good four feet and lick you in the face when you least expect it.
