Favorite Toy:
Anything that someone will throw, even if it isn't a ball

Favorite Food:
Cow poop, but mom does not like it when I eat that

Favorite Walk:
The trip to grandpa's pool, along the hiking trails (or, just from the kitchen to the car door for a ride!)

Best Tricks:
Backing up so mom has at least a small chance of getting the soccer ball past me.

Arrival Story:
I was in a box outside a Safeway in Cave Creek, Arizona, with one of my sisters. A lot of people stopped to pet me, but then mom pet me & cuddled me and I knew she was The One. I looked up at her with "those eyes," and she was hooked (of course. Who could resist?).

Bio:
I lived north of Phoenix for a little over a year, at the Azure Creek apartments, a very dog-friendly place where they had a fenced dog park for me & all my pals. I never saw water fall out of the sky until I was more than 8 months old, so even though I love swimming, I don't like that whole 'drip drip' thing very much. We live north of Houston now, and it's hot but there are still dog parks and ponds and swimming pools, so it's all good!

Woofers in The Woodlands

I don't know what got into mom, but she finally decided we spend too much time at home together, and she wants me to meet some other dogs. So we started up a "Woofers of The Woodlands" group here on Dogster, to see who among our neighbors might want to say hi. We made the group 'invitation only' just in case there are weirdoes out there who join Dogster groups where they don't belong just so they can send annoying e-tailwags. Anyway, it will be fun to see if anybody joins us!!

Oh, we also added a couple of photos & we might even get around to adding a video if mom can find one...

Mom didn't see any way on Dogster to get a notification of new diary entries for specific dogs. However, she thinks a person can sign up on Feedblitz.com and get e-mail notices once a day about what's new on a given diary. We're trying it. We'll let you know how it goes.

I'm a winner!!

Mom & I went to the Montgomery County Humane Society Mutt Stroll today, and I found out I am a real winner. First, we walked around a bit & mom joined the Woodlands Dog Park Club, and then I got microchipped (so now mom calls me Cyber Mutt). Then there was this BIIIG basket of fun stuff on a table, and I insisted that mom buy a couple of raffle tickets so I could have all the goodies. Turns out, I won! Mom says *she* won, which is why I am not allowed to have all of the touys and treats RIGHT NOW like I want. But we all know who is the lucky dog of this family. Mom promised to post a picture of my cool basket o' doggie stuff as soon as I'm done writing, so check it out!
