Had a great day today. Mum did her washing then went into town for 3 hours. When Mum came back she was sooooooo cranky. I had taken her work slacks, cardie, and good bra off the line and buried them. I thought they looked untidy on the line. Mum had to do the washing again. Oh dear! At least I left the pegs on the line. Think I may go dig up the seedlings she has outside!!!! I love doing that. Mum can't understand why I am so naughty. Muuuuuuum, I am just a puppy! Wonder how long I will get away with that line???

9/9/06

Puppy pre school was good again. We learned to drop. I could already do that so I dropped whenever any of the other dogs were told. Bit of a show off Mum said. Didn't get me any extra treats tho. Couldn't find the treats this week. The nurse must have hidden them. On Thurs my Aunt and Uncle Smithy and their 2 doggies , Hamish and Vicki came up to visit. There were 3 hupersons and 9 dogs in the house. I thought we all got on pretty well tho Saathi was a bit cranky. She doesn't like a change in her routine. Anyway I had a good time.

28/8/06.

Mum took me to puppy preschool tonight. Wow, what a great time I had. I met TJ, the lab, Trixie, the foxie x, Eva, the sheltie and Miss Minnie, the dachshund. We were all between 12 and 13 weeks old. TJ and I were the biggest so we played a lot. We learned how to sit and stay and got lots of treats. I found the treat bowl when the Mums were having a talk and I knocked the bowl off the shelf and ate most of the treats. Yummy!! Mum looked cranky. For our last play time off the lead, I knocked down the barricade and barged into the office. The vet nurse said to Mum not to worry as I couldn't destroy anything there. WRONG!!!! The mistake I made was knocking another bowl of treats to the floor and it made a crashing sound when it hit the floor. Mum came running to take them away but I gobbled some up quickly. TJ tried to get some but his Dad picked him up. Can't wait till next week. Hope there will be more treats. Mum was happy when we got home as I went straight to bed and slept for 3 hours. Playing and stealing treats is hard work!

21/8/06

I went to the vet today and had my vaccination and didn't even cry. However I had a very sore foot. I could hardly walk and Mum had to carry me. The vet gave me pain tablets which were beef flavoured-yummy! It feels much better now. If it isn't 100% in 3 days I will have an xray. Good news tho, the vet has decided to have puppy pre school and it starts next week. Looking forward to meeting other puppies. I'll have to show them how sharp my teeth are!! Maybe even tell how to dig holes. Soooo, I will go to big dog training after preschool. So much to do, life is so exciting! I'm just going to take Mum's carpet to another room. I like to trick her!

17/8/06.

It has been a while since I wrote and lots has happened. Mum went away for a week and she took me out to the kennels. I met lots of new friends and played every day. It was good to get home with my siblings tho. I don't think they missed me.
I now help Mum with the washing. Only today she was hanging out the clothes so I put the pegs all over the yard for her then ran off with the clothes basket. Mum didn't seem very happy tho. I was only trying to help.
Boscar has been playing with me a lot and I love him. I run after Oscar and pull him by the tail and ,I don't know why, but he growls at me. Geeeez, they forget I'm a kid.
Mum is happy as she says I am house trained and that is clever as I am only 11 weeks old. I go to training next week and that sounds like fun. Hope the other dogs like me then again, what's not to like!!!
Also have another vaccination next week. That's fun 'cause I get a treat after. Well, that's enough for now. Must go out and dig another hole, I am good at that.

I have just spent the weekend with my Aunt and Uncle Smithy. Aunty Liz calls me Zacariah pants on fire! I also met new friends Hamish the boxer and Miss Vicki who is Aunt Liz's guide dog. There also was Taj and Quincy the kittens . They treated me really well tho I think I was a bit of a nuisance at times. I dug up Aunty Liz's garden and hid her shoes. I also did wee wee's on the carpet but I gave them my innocent puppy look and I think I was forgiven. Mum wasn't very impressed on the way up. It was 2 and a half hours travel and I cried for most of the time. However, on the way back I was very well behaved. Oh well, such a loooong weekend, sooooo tired, where's my bed. Yaaaaaawn! Good night!

Big day today. I went to the Vet and had my first vaccinations. OUCH!! However the Vet gave me a treat so that eased the pain. Also was wormed and had my flea treatment. Seems I am in good health so that made Mum happy. So much is going on. Boscar always plays with me but the others aren't as friendly. I just ARF at them. Also met my cousins Nugget and Zoe. They are fun!! Well such a big day!! Soooo tired, where is my bed???

6/7/06.

My Mum picked me up today and took me to my new home. I cried all the way as I was already missing my siblings. I am now 5 weeks and 4 days old. I was greeted by my new family and some of them growled but I guess they will get used to me. I have a comfy bed and new toys so it is looking good. Not looking forward to this house training thing as it means I have to go out on the frosty grass. Brrrrrrrrr! So much to learn and so much to investigate!

My Mum came to see me today and I was so happy. She had trouble taking my photo as I wouldn't keep still and she had to hold on to me with one hand and take the photo with the other. I have also grown since the last time and now more than a handful. All I wanted to do was play. I think the photo looks good 'cause Mum smiled when she checked it! Mum will be taking me home on the 6/7/06 which is a bit earlier than expected but my siblings are going that day and I didn't want to be left by myself. Sooooo much to look forward to!! Hope my new family will like me. Then again, what's not to like!!!!

My new Mum was to come out to see me in the morning. Unfortunately my present owner is sick so Mum won't be out till next Tuesday. My siblings and I are having a great time investigating everything we find. Our coats are getting longer and our little tails are wagging like mad. Only 19 days till I go to my new home.
