Arrival Story:
After getting our first dog in 1992, we adopted a second dog from our vet in the summer of 2001. The dog's temperment forced us to give her back to the vet, and after months of feeling like the house was too empty, we decided to get a puppy. We found Leela at a pet shop close to our house, and fell in love with her instantly. After going back and forth to the pet store numerous times debating on whether or not to take her home, we decided she was the one. Leela became a part of our family in late May 2003.
