Over Thanksgiving, mom and dad brought home an uppity red, female dobe, named Zoe, that I am not sure that I like. Even though I've got nearly 30 lbs on her, she sometimes bosses me around, pushing me off my favorite bed, or growling at me if I get too close to her bone or toy. When she's not doing that though, she is a lot of fun to run around in the back yard with, and she's taught me a fun new game called "Let's eat each other's faces" that we like to play indoors all the time. Still, I think I'll be glad when she leaves, I like being the only dog in the house and running the show.

Update: Mom and dad have told me that Zoe is staying here for good, yay! That means more face-eating and running around the back yard. Plus, she's learned to bark at anything that gets near the house, which leaves me more time to take naps during the day -- silly girl!

Still, she needs to learn to share her bones and not hog all the attention. I'm still bigger than she is, and was here first, dangit! All in all though, she seems like a very cool chick, and should be getting her own page here on Dogster soon as well.
