Sandwich is too big for the standard - he weighs 40 pounds - he weighs 40 pounds - so he was available for adoption. The previous family the breeder had placed him with shut him in the bathroom, which he ate, so he was available to live with us.

He was born in Italy and has had some trouble with basic English, including such phrases as leave it, come, and stay.
