   Leave a bone for Blade

Big Dawg, Daywalker, Chimpbutt, Buddy Dog, Sarge, Blader-tater, Taterpup, Tater

Quick Bio:

November 14th 2001

Well I like people. I LOVE the ladies and they love me. I also love all food and my toys. Oh and going for R-I-D-E-S and W-A-L-K-S!

I hate the neighbor's noisy dogs next door, kids in my yard, rabbits, stupid cats and the smell of garlic

Favorite Toy:
Smoochy Poochy, he's my long legged stuffed animal. I don't go to bed without him. I also really like cardboard boxes but they're a no-no. But I attempt to steal the Coke boxes out of the pantry all the time! Old One Eyed Blue is a favorite too!

Favorite Food:
Strawberries, bread, cheese, peanut butter, apples, vegetables

Favorite Walk:
Through the neighborhood or down at Mammaw and Pappaw's in the middle of nowhere. I love to run up and down the 130 steps to their dock. NO ONE can keep up with me! I also like running through the woods at their house, so many sights and smells!

Best Tricks:
Oh the usual: shake, high five, high ten, sit, down, speak. I can also wow people by backing up a certain length when told and jumping up and down like a Jumping Bean! Oh and I like to sing along to Mommy's cell phone ring.

Arrival Story:
Blade was a graduation present to me from a friend. I first met him when he was 3 days old and then picked him out on December 11, 2001. He came home on January 4th. Blade was the one puppy that after all of his littermates fell asleep from exhaustion he was still playing strong. He's quite feisty too!

Blade is a wonderful addition to my little family. He's spoiled rotten and now sleeps on the bed with me. He loves roadtrips. He loves to play with other dogs and gets to visit with his real mom, dad and sister. I can't imagine what it was like before him. :) He learned to swim two summers ago when we went canoeing. He did quite well and even lets the paddler know if we're not paddling fast enough for him. He'll even help out by pawing at the water while he's the Captain. I lost my soulmate unexpectedly and suddenly on September 19, 2007. I pray that I meet him again.
