So today Mom, Dad, Razzie and I were all playing outside. We were playing chase the basketball. Well Razzie was more running around trying to herd me and I was trying to get the ball away from mom. Well mom kicked the ball a little too hard and accidently hit Razzie in the bunnybut. Well she thought it was me and turned around and chomped on me. Mom and Dad tried to break us up but neiter of us had collars on, so it took them a little bit to get us undone.
I ended up getting two oweees on my feets. One was between my little toes on my pad and so Mom took me to work to get a couple... sutures? I think that's what she called them. Now I have my two front feet that Mom wrapped up with this silly bright orange tape. I HATE it! I keep trying to get it off and keep gettin yelled at. I am not happy because I was suposed to go to agilty tonight. Well I guess I have to miss tonight. Now I guess I 'll just sit here on the bed and pout.

Ps.
When I got home Razzie and I made up. She feels really bad that I had to leave for a couple hours. She just kept kissing me all over trying to make my feet all better. I guess I forgive her, but she's got to learn not to bite the first thing that passes her when playing.

I had such a great day. My mommy stayed home sick today but when she took me out to go potty Jake, my bestest doggie friend in the whole world, was there waiting for me. Mommy was so nice, she let me play with him for a really long time, as long as I didn't leave the yard. It was so much fun, we were running and jumping and swimming and chasing ducks. He is soo much fun to play with. He never gets rough with me and he likes to make loud ARRRROOOOOOOO's like me. He is the greatest doggie friend a littleish Cardi like me could have.. What a great babysitter.

ps. Jake is the big doggie in the top picture and the very last picture. I think mommy calls him an Anatolian Shepherd mix.. whatever that is.

Swimming FUN!

This summer has been soooo much fun. I just love the fact that I can go swimming every day. I just don't understand why mom makes me dry off before I come in the house. It just doesnt' make sense.

Anyway, I have found the best past time while mom is working in the yard. I bring her big wet rocks from the beach. The key to doing this right is you have to pace up and down the beach looking in the water for the right one. I always have to get the biggest one that is underwater. It's soo much fun. I just have to remeber to hold my breath or blow bubbles when I stick my head in the water, I found out the hard way that I'm not a real fish, I can't breath underwater.

I wonder, am I the only one who does this?

*runs back to the water* *splash*

Toys Toys Toys

As you all can see, my mom went a little overboard with doggie toys. She came home today and opened the box left on the doorstep and I went crazy. There were so many squeeks all over the place, I didn't know what to do. I had them all over the house and I was already trying to take all the stuffing out of one when mom started putting them all away again. I mean honestly if you are going to buy me all of these, why take them all away from me? I guess I'm okay now because she gave me a couple to play with.... squeeking them is soooo much fun. She says it won't be long until there is fluff all over and she'll take it away again, meany head.
Anyway, mom also got me this cool lifevest thingy that helps me swim. It's not that I can't swim, it's cause I'm a silly corgi and my front half sinks when I try to swim. Kinda like a curved banana in water, Mom finds it funny but dad thinks I'm gonna drown. I really love this thing, now I can swim almost as far as mom and dad can out by the dock. It's soooo cool. Anyway, so all of you don't get worried, I only go swimming when mom or dad is around. Otherwise I'm on my dog run or inside. I really don't like that dog run but since the property is only 66 feet wide and no one has fences on the lake I guess I either have the dog run or the house. I'll choose the dog run anyday, that and I can keep those pesky ducks and geese off my lawn. They keep eating all my yummy grass. Bad Bad Ducks!.. I'll get you one of these days.
