To BARK! He LOVES to go for walks, and to play in the backyard. He also "steals" his siblings soft toys and bones and treats whenever he can get away with it!

When he sees one of his "siblings" going outside, and he isn't going! The MAILMAN!

Soft toys............especially the ones he can steal from his sister

Anything! He ESPECIALLY loves Doggie Popcorn.

Down the street, so he can visit everyone and anyone who is outside.
Arrival Story:
Pepper Blue is a puppy mill rescue. He came to me at about 12 weeks old. I was looking for a friend for China Blue to play with, someone around her age. When Pepper came, he was VERY ill; he almost died! He was so dehydrated and couldn't hold down ANY food. He had to eat baby food the first 6 months of his life. You'd NEVER believe that now, because he is just fine physically, and can eat ANYTHING!
Bio:
Pepper is a sweetie, but, what he DOES concern me that sometimes his brain wasn't fully developed, or because of SO much inbreeding in the puppymills, he isn't the "cuddly" Yorkie so many people expect; BUT, he IS lovable!
He doesn't like children, and runs when they come to the house. He also BARKS at men! Once Pepper knows you aren't going to hurt him, he will be your friend FOR LIFE!
