She had been neglected and abused before a kind neighbor rescued her from her first home. Bio: We are guessing that Foxy is a type of Corgi mixed with German Shepherd. Her big ears led us to the Corgi breed, as well as the fact that she is short compared to the length of her body. Her markings led us to believe that their may have been a German Shepherd involved.
