To Play. He also LOVES to have belly rubs. He is ALWAYS giving kisses, too, and RUNS through the house with the other male Yorkies
When someone is yelling at ANYONE! OR, if he thinks someone is hurting his "sister" who is deaf.
My clothes! He doesn't destroy them, he just lays with them, or takes one to his bed, usually my socks!
Proplan Dog Food, Iams bones, and ANYTHING I give him to chew on!
Down the street, so she can visit everyone and anyone who is outside.
Scooby Doo was rescued from a Puppy Mill by a VERY special lady, named Michelle Bender. Michelle lives in MI, and heard that I was looking to adopt a rescue. After various conversations, Michelle decided (to MY best interest) that I would be a good home for Scooby Doo. He was 18 months old when he came to live with me.
When Scooby Doo first came to live with me, he was TERRIFIED of EVERYTHING, and of noises, ESPECIALLY Thunderstorms. He would SHAKE when we would go for walks, or even go outside. He had separation anxiety in the WORST way. Every day, I would go to work, and when I would return, the one end table would be "turned upside down". The lamp was down, as well as ANYTHING else on the table. I figured out that Scooby Doo was TRYING to look out the window. So, for about 6 months, I would take EVERYTHING off the end table, so I wouldn't have to rearrange my furniture anymore!
He NO longer has separation anxiety. In fact, Scooby Doo has made a TERRIFIC turn-around. He is the "Greeter" when anyone comes to my home. He doesn't run and hide; instead, he wants belly rubs, and wants to give kisses. He is the "Protector" of my 5 lb. deaf puppy mill rescue China.
He LOVES everyone! And, if you sing the "Scooby Doo" song, he will jump up and kiss you! He is wonderful, and I can't imagine my life without him! When people come to my house, they always want to ADOPT Scooy Doo! But, I always have to tell them, "NOPE, he's MINE"!
Scooby Doo has become a Therapy Dog. THIS is amazing, considering he was born in a puppymill. I am in Private Practice as a Psychologist, and, Scooby Doo KNOWS when my clients are depressed, and ALWAYS wants to give them kisses.
He is a larger Yorkie, weighing 16 lbs., BUT, the MOST adorable Yorkie you could EVER have!
